Elizabeth McGann is the founder of Well-Being Ninja, a board-certified Holistic Health Counselor, AADP, and a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist. Her passion and specialty is facilitating the process of transformation through holistic approaches that address the integration of the body, mind and spirit.
She received her undergraduate degree from Skidmore College. Elizabeth is a graduate of the Swedish Institute in New York City where she studied Chinese Medicine and eastern and western approaches to massage therapy, health and wellness. A graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, which is certified in Integrative Nutrition by Columbia University's teachers college, Elizabeth was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Her teachers included Dr. Walter Willett, chair of Harvard’s University's Department of Nutrition, Dr. Barry Sears, author of “The Zone” series, Dr. John Douillard, partner to Deepok Chopra, and Andrew Weil, M.D., the leading voice of integrative medicine. McGann is a member of the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. Drawing on this knowledge, Elizabeth helps you create a completely personalized "roadmap to health" that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences and goals.
